There are lots of reasons for us to be keen to rile up the residents of the Magdalen Estate, and encourage everyone to get fit for summer. Not only does doing more exercise give you more energy and help build up a sense of well-being, but with so many great sporting options in the local area, there really is no excuse not to.
Wandsworth Common boasts its own obstacle course which is for use by the general public, that takes one around a series of different exercise stations, each of which has a suggested routine to undertake.
If you’re looking for more of a on-on-one routine, Nikki Kuntze, founder of Monkey Fitness, runs various personal and group training sessions across South London, many of which are close by to the Magdalen Estate. The groups are perfect if you need a little moral support and motivation!
