Our long term aim is for the majority of house transactions in the area are done through this community website rather than through the parasitical estate agents who make a fortune out our community. All funds raised would be invested in resources that would directly benefit the community. We live here! (nb James Pendleton et al). All businesses that advertise through this site agree to donate 5% of any work booked by Magdalen Estate residents back to the Magdalen Estate community.
